When trying to configure a Latitude D laptop, i am having some trouble getting the floppy drive to work. I've bought a floppy drive and dell d600 floppy at the bios using winhex and it should take EBON????? I bought a usb floppy and put properly named files on the disk.
Pretty much says it right there. When I boot up the laptop, if I stick a floppy disk in the drive it will read it tells me it's a non-system diskbut after I dell d600 floppy up XP the drive doesn't show up.
